Please Note:​

Please Note, to sign up as a new Community Art Facilitator and be accepted as a participant in the entry Module, Early Beginnings:  

- Orientation/Info Session Day or an online individual session is compulsory for anyone who wishes to join our Community Art Facilitator Training. 

- Once you have attended an info session day, you will be subject to intensive screening process that will take place before you are considered for our entry module.  

- The application requires that you submit a police clearance certificate. Because these take a while to be processed, we will accept a receipt of your clearance application, until you receive the document. 

-  The Butterfly Art Project reserves the right to decline and reserve any applications for the CAF programme.

- Kindly note, that once Community Art Facilitators are accepted into the CAF movement, they are expected to provide the following in order to remain an active member of the movement:  

- Provide evidence of a minimum of 24 hours of implementation time per year.  

- Provide either an attendance register or images of their implementation  

- Attend a minimum of 24 hours training (can be split over 3-hour workshops or made up of one full  24-hour training)  

- Supply BAP with at least 7 Child Development Assessment Forms with a minimum of three entries  (a baseline entry and two end-of-term entries). 

- Respond to an annual questionnaire, supplying BAP with updated information of their records and activity.
